![]() ![]() I called the Sony customer service number *******669 to see about fixing this problem I was told by the representative I had agreed to the cheaper replacement which I didn't and there was nothing else they would do. The second one they sent me I realized 2 days was a cheaper model 65X80K which was nowhere near the same model picture/sound quailty I had purchased and returned due to manufacturer defect. The first replacement was sent to my home but when it was plugged in the screen was cracked and had to be returned. 1 year ago I bought a Sony model XBR-65X81CH There was a manufacturer defect in the internal wifi unit, I contacted Sony Electronics to complain of the defect I was informed after trying to fix it at my home the tv was not able to be repaired and they would replace it and pick up the damaged one.
